The City of Los Angeles Cogeneration Project will become a vessel from the community’s explorations. The city will be designed to produce its power with zero pollution and be entirely self-sustaining. It will be a living organism whose basic premise in all aspects of its development will have it’s foundation in the concept to be in harmony with nature, our natural environment and be in harmony with our own being.  We must develop the plan so that its functionality is an intrinsic part of all life forms.
